On Wednesday, April 29, a 'Division Head Workshop' was held to secure the company's future growth engines and establish management strategies for the first half of 2026.

The workshop was organized ahead of the upcoming first-half strategy meeting to identify additional agendas for each division, with division heads and acting leaders gathering both online and offline for in-depth discussions.

The most notable aspect of this workshop was its shift away from short-term goal achievement (Run) toward securing long-term growth engines (Build). Discussions went beyond departmental operational efficiency, focusing deeply on ways to strengthen core competitiveness in response to market changes and the evolving business environment.

Participants worked to identify interconnected initiatives within the company's overall strategic direction, clearly prioritizing each strategic task to achieve 'focus and concentration' of limited resources. They also carefully considered feasibility to ensure that action items would translate into tangible results.

Prior to the workshop, department heads and the Management Planning Team reviewed existing strategic agendas and conducted assessments of the current strategic direction and business environment. Based on this groundwork, company-wide strategic directions and division-level agendas were prepared in advance. On the day of the workshop, discussions focused on selecting and prioritizing each division's strategic agenda based on the prepared materials.

With the overall strategic direction and priorities now confirmed through the workshop, each division will proceed to further develop their strategic tasks and establish concrete action goals and timelines.

This Division Head Workshop marked an important starting point for collectively defining the company's future growth direction and execution priorities. Going forward, each division will strive through close collaboration and ongoing review to deliver tangible results and sustainable growth amid an ever-changing business environment.
