From July 1 (Tuesday) to July 11 (Friday), HYUNJIN conducted an orientation program for its 2025 new employees.
The two-week program was designed for six newly hired employees and aimed to enhance their understanding of the company and help them adapt quickly to the organization. A variety of sessions were provided to support a smooth transition into their roles.
The program included an introduction to the company, sharing of the corporate value system, materials training, departmental overviews, and basic competency education. Emphasis was placed on helping the new employees develop the fundamental mindset and capabilities required to become valued members of HYUNJIN.
HYUNJIN plans to continue offering structured training and ongoing support to ensure that new employees settle into the organization smoothly and are empowered to reach their full potential.
