Since 2010, Hyun jin has held a workshop for Vietnamese managers every year. This time is already the fifth. We started a workshop with an inspirational speech of our general director, Mr. Kim Hyung Soo.
The First session was the presentation of production divisons, Gia Loc Gloves, Nam sach Gloves and Trims. In this session, each production division showed what they have achieved this year and how they're going to improve productivity next year. All presentors' passionate attitude made audience look forward to next year.
In the second session, we discussed a critical issue of the next year. As we're planning to shorten working hours next year, all company has been concentrating on preparing a new working system. "Why should we shorten working hours? What changes is it going to bring? How do we prepare?" were the keynote ideas.
The third session was about "Fool proof system". Even though this system is just about to start, we saw many possibilities to develop.
After having lunch, we had various activities to build a strong bond with each other. In this program, all 100 Vietnamese attendees did a lot of things and struggled to get the best prize named as "The best cooperator". It last about 4 hours but they never got tired, keeping so enthusiastic. We again realized that they're just the critical driving force of Hyun jin.
In the final session, we shared lots of joys by giving prizes with various kinds of titles such as 'The best production line', 'The best improvement idea', 'The best trainee', and so on. Congratulations again!
At the end of the workshop, we had a happy dinner time together.
