Prior to the workshop, we created and shared videos of production plants overcoming problems in difficult situations with COVID-19, continuing investment in human resources, and trust in the future.

Starting off with the 2020 evaluation including Root Cause Analysis, HAI VINA's management direction in 2021 were announced. The presentations of the teams were followed. (Production Planning Team, Glove Production Team, Special Process Team, apparel Production Team, QC Team and so on.)
