11th HAI VINA Workshop (2020)

 for Vietnamese Managers

3. Participants : Vietnamese managers and Korean employees (167 people)

To look back on our performance in 2020 and share our 2021 goals and strategies with our managers, the workshop was held in a public restaurant where the first manager's workshop was held in 2010. Going back to the beginning ahead of a new challenge, we were able to hear the firm goals of the managers.

First, a commemorative video, looking back on the year 2020 was presented. This video contains the hardships of our employees and managers who suffered from COVID-19 and how managers respond. Sharing trust in the future was meaningful.

Next, we reviewed key achievements in 2020 by each department and shared goals and strategies for 2021. 

It was a significant event to share analysis and solutions on major issues and situations facing each department.

In the final session, we shared lots of joys by giving prizes. Congratulations again!

At the end of the workshop, we are grateful to all the employees who struggled with preparing for the workshop and the 2021 plan.
