In 2024, Hyunjin launched an in-house coach training program aimed at strengthening the coaching leadership skills of its leaders and mid-level managers. A total of 76 employees successfully completed the program.

The training was conducted in three phases: two sessions for headquarters staff during the first half (March–May) and second half (October–November) of the year, and one session for overseas subsidiaries. Each participant engaged in an intensive 20-hour curriculum, delivered over five sessions of four hours each, designed to develop practical coaching competencies.

Focusing beyond theoretical instruction, the program emphasized hands-on practice and internalization of coaching conversation models applicable within the organization. Participants are now expected to serve as internal coaches, fostering autonomous communication and growth in their daily work environments.

This initiative reflects Hyunjin's commitment to cultivating a culture of continuous development and empowering its leaders to drive organizational success through effective coaching.
