On December 21, 2013, HAIVINA Co., LTD Sports Festival was held at the Hai Duong Sports Complex.

Prior to the main event, preliminary matches and performances such as singing and dancing were practiced in preparation. On the day of the festival, approximately 4,300 HAIVINA employees and their family members gathered to take part in the festivities, creating a vibrant and joyful atmosphere.

The morning session focused primarily on sporting events.

The first match was a men's football game, in which the Gia Loc team won with a score of 4:1.

Following the match, HAIVINA’s Executive Director, Mr. Kim Hyung-Su, delivered congratulatory remarks.

After the Vietnamese managers were defeated in the first match, Mr. Kim shared his winning strategy for tug-of-war with the manager team.

The result?

His strategy led them to a well-earned victory.

Not to be outdone, the expatriate team revealed their secret weapons for the final match...

When Deputy General Manager Wang Hyun-Chul and Assistant Manager Yuan Fu-Cheng stepped forward, the Vietnamese managers visibly tensed up.

In the end, the expatriate team won 2:1—just as expected!

After the match, both Vietnamese managers and the expatriate team exchanged words of encouragement and camaraderie, creating a heartwarming scene.

The competition continued with women’s football, jump rope, and the 10-legged race.

This was followed by an OX quiz game, marking the end of the morning session.

The afternoon session was filled with employee performances that had been prepared over several months specifically for the Sports Festival.

And then came the most highly anticipated moment— the raffle draw and awards ceremony!

To prepare for the 2013 Sports Festival, many employees dedicated their personal time after work to rehearse dances and songs.
