3.Attendance: 233 people (Vietnamese managers and Korean employees from Vietnam 1st, 2nd, 3rd Factory) At the end of each year, Hyun Jin holds an annual workshop for managers working for Hyun Jin Vietnam factory.

The purpose of workshop is to share the ideas about increasing productivity. This year’s workshop was held in Landmark 72 which is the highest building in Vietnam. Workshop was conducted by 2 sessions. In the morning, there were 4 presentations about productivity improvements which have done this year.
In the afternoon, we divided the group into 8, and discussed individual subject which were given to each team and then final feedback was exchanged.Workshop started with General Director Mr. H.S.Kim’s speech, and finished with President Mr. Hai Lee’s speech of encouragement.
