In 2024, Hyunjin launched a facilitator training program aimed at promoting effective meeting management and fostering a participatory communication culture. The program was conducted in two sessions: the first in the first half of the year (May 24–25) and the second in the second half (August 30–31), totaling 16 hours of training. A total of 47 employees participated in these sessions.

The training focused on understanding the concept and role of facilitation, mastering core facilitation skills, and practical exercises to internalize these competencies. Emphasis was placed on techniques directly applicable to real-world scenarios, such as team meetings and workshops.

Through this program, participants developed the ability to elicit diverse opinions within the organization and to foster empathy and collaboration. They have laid a solid foundation to serve as effective facilitators, enhancing communication and driving collective growth within the company.
