In commemoration of the Lao Women's Union's founding anniversary, the HJ LAO SOLE CO., LTD organized a workshop and retreat for key managers in Vang Vieng from July 20 to 21, 2024. As the first official workshop since the establishment of the new branch, this two-day event served as a meaningful opportunity to share the organization's vision and goals, and to strengthen team cohesion.

The workshop was held in Vang Vieng, one of Laos' premier tourist destinations, where participants engaged in various activities to enhance mutual bonds and engaged in in-depth discussions about the organization's future direction. Particularly, sharing the challenges and growth potential as a newly established branch fostered a sense of unity among the members.

This event marked a significant milestone in the sustainable development and cultural formation of HJ LAO SOLE CO., LTD. HJ LAO SOLE CO., LTD plans to continue holding regular workshops to further enhance members' capabilities and to strive towards achieving organizational objectives.
