On November 19, 2024, HJ LAO SOLE CO., LTD took part in the Vientiane Job Fair, and from March 24 to 25, 2025, it joined the job fair in Oudomxay Province in northern Laos. Additionally, HJ LAO SOLE CO., LTD conducted village visits to introduce its factory operations and corporate activities, aiming to promote employment among local residents. Through these job fairs, HJ LAO SOLE CO., LTD provided attendees with insights into the company's vision and recruitment information, conducting on-site interviews to identify and attract local talent. The village visits included explanations of factory operations and job creation plans, encouraging community understanding and participation.
