In March 2025, HJ LAO SOLE CO., LTD initiated a Korean language training program for 15 key managers. 

This year-long program aims to enhance Korean language proficiency and improve work efficiency. The training focuses on practical language skills to facilitate effective communication with the Korean headquarters and to strengthen collaboration.

By improving Korean language capabilities, the program seeks to bolster competitiveness in a global work environment and lay the groundwork for seamless cooperation with the headquarters.
